Promotion 2 : Free drink redemption using OFFNIC Gua Gua Le Card

Date of commencement: Saturday, 22 February 2025 

End of promotion: Friday, 21 March 2025 

Promotion Details: 

• From 22 February 2025 to 21 March 2025, any customer who owns an OFFNIC Gua Gua Le card obtained through OFFNIC’s promoters or on-ground marketing activity is entitled to claim one (1) free beverage as indicated on the scratched Gua Gua Le card.  
• Per customer is only entitled to claim the free drink only once. 
• Free beverage options are limited to Americano (iced or hot), Latte (iced or hot) or Pistachio Coconut. 
• Redemption period: 22 February 2025 to 21 March 2025. 

Eligibility and Redemption Process: 

1. To be eligible, customers must present the physical Gua Gua Le card at OFFNIC during the redemption period. 
2. Eligible customers must register on OFFNIC's microsite at https://offniccoffee.placeorder.biz/  as a member. 
3. Customers must bring the physical Gua Gua Le card for a valid redemption. 

Standard Terms and Conditions: 

• This promotion is limited to customers who meet the eligibility criteria. 
• The free beverage is strictly limited to the drink specified stated on the Gua Gua Le card and cannot be exchanged with any other drink.  
• The Gua Gua Le card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.  
• Only one (1) free beverage can be claimed per customer per Gua Gua Le card. 
• OFFNIC reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. 
• Any misuse of the Gua Gua Le card or failure to adhere to these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the promotion. 
• OFFNIC is not responsible for any technical issues or system failures that may affect the redemption process. 
• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions. 

Steps to Redeem the Free Beverage via Gua Gua Le Card: 

1. Own an OFFNIC Gua Gua Le card and present the physical card to the barista on-duty at OFFNIC during the redemption period (22 February 2025, to 21 March 2025). 
2. Register as a member on OFFNIC’s microsite via the QR code available in-store. 
3. Upon successful registration, provide the registered phone number and present the Gua Gua Le card to the barista for validation and order preparation. 
4. Enjoy your free beverage!
